Abstract

In the context of the deepening of education digitization and the continuous deepening of smart teaching reform, the psychological education system in universities is in a critical stage of paradigm reconstruction and structural transformation. The traditional homogeneous education model based on experience judgment is difficult to adapt to the dynamic and diverse psychological development characteristics of contemporary college students. Structural problems such as lagging static evaluation, passive intervention mechanisms, and insufficient precision education effectiveness have gradually become prominent, and cannot effectively respond to the high-level education requirements of moral education in the new era. To overcome the bottleneck of "homogeneous supply and extensive implementation" in psychological education in universities, this study takes data empowerment as the core entry point and systematically analyzes the current obstacles and internal causes of personalized psychological education in universities. Research on building a systematic reform path from the perspectives of updating educational concepts, constructing data systems, iterating teaching models, optimizing educational processes, and innovating application scenarios. The research results can help promote the transformation of psychological education in universities from the extensive education paradigm dominated by experience to the intelligent education paradigm supported by data, precise adaptation, and personalized empowerment. It can further enrich the theoretical system of psychological education teaching reform in the digital perspective of education, and provide theoretical references and practical paradigms for the construction of high-quality psychological education in universities in the new era.
