Abstract

Educational evaluation plays a strategic hub role in the construction of an educational powerhouse. The deep embedding of artificial intelligence technology has brought unprecedented technological possibilities for evaluation reform, as well as triggered a deep tension between instrumental rationality and value rationality. However, existing research is mostly limited to single dimensions such as technological empowerment, institutional change, or value reconstruction, and there are few systematic analyses that integrate value, structure, and function into a unified framework. Therefore, this paper takes "value" as the logical starting point, integrates the two elements of "structure" and "function", and constructs a three-dimensional integrated analysis framework of "value structure function", aiming to systematically explain the value position, structural transformation, and functional evolution of AI enabled educational evaluation reform.
