Abstract

Improving college students' employability is the key to solving the structural contradictions in employment. As a dynamic comprehensive competence system, employability is naturally compatible with the educational function of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the internal logic of ideological and political education driving the improvement of college students' employability from four dimensions: value guidance, quality cultivation, thinking shaping and personality shaping, points out the existing problems in the current practice, and then puts forward improvement suggestions from five aspects: integration orientation, content innovation, method optimization, collaborative mechanism and evaluation system. It is expected to provide theoretical and practical references for promoting the reform of ideological and political education, enhancing college students' employability and facilitating high-quality employment.
