Abstract

Against the backdrop of cultural-tourism integration and the deep advancement of the digital economy, the tourism industry is transforming and upgrading from a single sightseeing-oriented model to a comprehensive and smart development model, sparking an increasingly urgent demand for interdisciplinary talents equipped with cross-disciplinary literacy and practical competence. Aiming at prominent problems in current tourism management talent training—including rigid disciplinary barriers, superficial industry-education integration, and deficient collaborative mechanisms—this study constructs a four-in-one interdisciplinary collaborative training system centered on Goal-Curriculum-Subject-Evaluation, drawing on collaboration theory, OBE educational philosophy, and industry-education integration theory. The findings demonstrate that this system, guided by the three-dimensional "Knowledge-Ability-Literacy" objectives, supported by modular interdisciplinary curricula, driven by the "university-government-industry-enterprise" four-party collaboration, and guaranteed by a diversified three-dimensional evaluation mechanism, can effectively resolve the misalignment between talent training and industrial demand. The research results provide a theoretical reference for the reform of higher tourism education and an operable practical plan for collaborative talent cultivation among universities, governments, and enterprises.
