This article systematically reviews the research literature on the relationship between technological innovation, industrial structure optimization, and water-use efficiency in China and foreign countries. Firstly, the authors summarizes the current research status of technological innovation, industrial structure optimization, and water-use efficiency evaluation index; Secondly, clarify the current research status of the relationship between technological innovation, industrial structure optimization, and water use efficiency; Then, summarize the current research status of technological innovation, industrial structure optimization, and water use efficiency evaluation methods. Finally, based on an in-depth analysis of the current research status, the authors conduct a review on the relationship between technological innovation, industrial structure optimization, and water-use efficiency.
