Three-all education, Local colleges and universities for nationalities, Professional ideological and political education.

In the context of the new era of education, the construction of the "three-all education" system in local ethnic undergraduate colleges is an inherent requirement for implementing the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people, the key to building an ideological and political work system, and a necessary path for cultivating high-quality applied talents for local economic and social development. The article combines the school's educational positioning, based on the concept of professional talent cultivation and professional characteristics, explores the basic ideas and implementation paths of ideological and political construction of Chinese language and literature majors in local colleges and universities for nationalities from the perspective of "three-all education", in order to form a comprehensive education mechanism for all staff, all process, and all aspects.
