ISCCAC is an institution that promotes academic exchanges in international scientific research, culture and art, and provides services for the publication of academic papers. It was established in Moscow in 2012.

Since 2014, ISCCAC has cooperated with many scientific research institutes and colleges and universities, and has planned 12 series of international academic conferences, covering research fields such as social sciences, humanities and arts. ISCCAC has cooperated with many European publishing institutions and has published more than 80 conference proceedings, with a total of more than 9,000 papers.

Besides, ISCCAC publishes books in all disciplines including academic work, textbooks, novels, prose works, collections of poetry, memoirs and so on.
