Ancestral halls in Southern Hubei, Couplets, Cultural value.

The purpose of this study is to summarize the content and analyze the artistic value of representative couplets in the ancestral halls of southern Hubei. The research method is based on field investigation, and Yangxin and Tongshan are selected as the main research areas. The study points out that couplets are not only indoor decorations, but also important media for telling family stories and educating people. Finally, this paper summarizes the value and practical significance of couplets in ancestral halls under the background of the new era.
