The paper analyzes the importance and urgency of cultivating foreign language talents in universities under the background of new quality productivity, conducts in-depth research on the relationship and mechanism between new quality productivity and the cultivation of foreign language talents in universities, and explores innovative paths for the cultivation mode of foreign language talents in universities from the perspective of new quality productivity, aiming to help better understand the inherent relationship and laws between new quality productivity and the cultivation of foreign language talents in universities, and provide strong theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting high-quality cultivation of foreign language talents in universities.
