Legalization, Business environment, Xi Jinping's Thought.

Optimizing the business environment is a major strategic deployment made by Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council. Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law has drawn a grand blueprint for comprehensively governing the country by law in the new era and provided a scientific theoretical basis for a law-based business environment. Xi Jinping's thought on legalizing the business environment has become an action guide for action to optimize the business environment. Xi Jinping answered a series of important questions about optimizing the business environment, clarifying what a good business environment is, why it is necessary to optimize the business environment, and how to optimize the business environment. The rule of law is the core of optimizing the business environment. Xi Jinping's relevant expositions show that futher streamlining of administration and delegating powers, equal protection of the property rights and legitimate rights and interests of various market entities in accordance with the law, emphasis on intellectual property rights and the construction of a new "closely" and "clearly" government-business relationship are important contents of a law-based business environment.
