Ideological and political teachers and counselors in colleges and universities are the main force and direct participants of ideological and political education for college students, and they shoulder the heavy responsibility of cultivating qualified talents for the country. In terms of the collaborative education between the two parties, many colleges and universities have made many attempts, and some scholars have also done a lot of research. However, the way and mechanism of the collaborative education are still not smooth, and there is a lack of effective platform. The Marxist institute is the natural choice for the collaborative education platform of ideological and political education. Innovating the collaborative education between ideological and political teachers and counselors through this platform will effectively improve the education effect of colleges and universities.
