The 9th International Conference on Arts, Design and Contemporary Education (ICADCE 2023) was held online on March 29-30, 2023. The Conference is jointly organized by Russian State Specialized Academy of Arts (Moscow, Russia), Belarusian State Academy of Arts (Minsk, Belarus), Zhengzhou Yingchun Conference Planning Co., Ltd. (Zhengzhou, China), International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (Moscow, Russia).

This event invites academicians to contribute current thoughts and researches in arts, design and contemporary education and aims to provide a platform for discussion among leading academicians, researchers, students, and practitioners worldwide who are experts in the relevant fields.

All the relevant and original manuscripts describing an idea or concept, addressing issues and problems are appreciated. In the meantime, prospective authors who are interested in the fields submitted their up-to-date research manuscripts to the conference so as to share their valuable experience with the leading researchers and scholars around the world.

During the calling for papers and invitations, the organizing committee received 61 manuscripts from different countries and regions. After a rigorous review where each paper was peer-reviewed by 3 reviewers, 36 papers were for publication correspond to the conference profile and reflected theoretical and empirical results of independent research projects.

The proceedings are published by ISCCAC and will be submitted to the CPCI and CNKI for indexing. Last but not least, we would like to express our deep appreciation and gratitude to all the conference chairs and paper reviewers for their endeavors that make the paper reviewing and publication efficiently available. In addition, we hope that the papers included in the proceedings will provide new insights and ideas for the readers and other researchers interested in studying arts, design and contemporary education.
