The 10th International Conference on Education, Language, Art and Inter-cultural Communication (ICELAIC 2023) was held online from 22 to 23 November 2023.

ICELAIC 2023 was organized by Leo Tolstoy Institute of Language and Culture Moscow (Russia), International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (Russia) 

and Zhengzhou Yingchun Conference Planning Co. Ltd (China)

The Conference is dedicated to discussing topical issues in closely related areas: language, verbal arts, communication, culture, and education.
