International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (ISCCAC) and Leo Tolstoy Institute of Language and Culture (Russia)  is pleased to announce The 5th International Conference on Education, Language and Inter-cultural Communication (ELIC 2025) .

The conference is scheduled to be held online on Nov. 27-28, 2025. 

The aim of the conference is to provide a unified platform for teachers, researchers and students with different cultural backgrounds to present and discuss the problems on Education, Language and Inter-cultural Communication.
