The 4th International Conference on Language, Communication and Culture Studies (ICLCCS 2023) was held online on March 22-23, 2023. The Conference was jointly organized by International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (Russia), and Zhengzhou Yingchun Conference Planning Co. Ltd (China).

As an international refereed conference, ICLCCS 2023 is dedicated to the advancement of the theory and practice of Language, Communication and Culture Studies. It looks forward to promoting collaborative excellence between academicians and professionals in the related fields, aiming to interconnect leading researchers and pioneers in the related fields worldwide. Furthermore, ICLCCS 2023 provides an opportunity for academicians and professionals in various fields with cross-disciplinary interests to bridge the knowledge gap, promote research and the evolution of language, communication and culture studies.

During the calling for papers and invitations, the organizing committee received 36 manuscripts from different regions. After a rigorous review where each paper was peer-reviewed by 3 reviewers, 21 papers were for publication correspond to the conference profile and reflected theoretical and empirical results of independent research projects.

Here, we would like to sincerely thank all the individuals and organizations who have made great efforts to organize this conference. It’s believed that the success of ICLCCS 2023 cannot be achieved without the hard work of everyone, including the authors who submit papers to us.
